What skin conditions do you treat?
Acne (pimples), vitiligo, psoriasis, fungal infections, eczema (skin allergy), pigmentation issues, hair loss, nail disorders, vesiculobullous diseases, autoimmune disorders.
Do you offer cosmetic procedures?
Yes, various cosmetology procedures like chemical peeling, PRP treatment, mole removal etc.
Is laser hair removal available at your centre?
Yes, we offer latest diode laser treatment for unwanted hair.
Do you treat vitiligo?
Yes, we offer medical (topicals, orals & phototherapy) & surgical (MPG, SBG, NCMT) treatments for vitiligo.
What is PRP treatment?
PRP stands for Platelet Rich Plasma, which is prepared from patient’s own blood & it is said to have various platelet-derived growth factors that help in hair loss & facial rejuvenation. We offer this treatment in our centre.
What is phototherapy used for?
Phototherapy involves enabling the ultraviolet rays (UVA or NBUVB) to fall on the affected area for therapeutic benefits. It is mainly used for vitiligo & psoriasis. We have full body phototherapy chamber at our centre.
What is melasma? Do you treat it?
Melasma is a complex interaction between hormonal changes & exposure to sunlight. It is mainly seen in females after delivery. We treat melasma by medical & procedural treatment involving chemical peels & by lasers.
Do you offer treatment for nail disorders?
Yes, we offer treatment for various nail disorders like onychomycosis (fungal infection of nails), and offer surgical treatment for ingrown toe nail, pincer nail etc. in the form of total nail avulsion, partial nail avulsion with chemical matrixectomy.
What are the treatment options available for acne scars?
Treatment options like subcision, dermaroller, Fractional Co2 laser, TCA cross are available for acne scars.

Which type of patients is admitted in skin ward?
Diseases with generalized skin involvement like skin drug reaction, extensive psoriasis, skin diseases which present as raw wounds, fluid filled eruptions, severe chemical skin reactions, severe skin allergy.
Which type of chemical peels is available in skin department?
Peels for pimples, pigmentation (darkening of skin).
Is admission required for mole/ skin tag /wart/ nail removal?
No these are day care procedures.
Is gas treatment available in Skin OPD?
Yes, it is called as Cryotherapy – used for lesions on palms & soles, severe form of acne, keloid & etc.
Is these treatments available for STDs?
Yes, treatment with counseling is available for STD
Is there treatment for keloid?
Yes. Intralesional therapy & cryotherapy are available.
